And you voted "I dunno" on my poll
Trust me I can handle cold weather. I refuse to wear a coat in 20F
FYI for Glacier folks: Average air temp is -19.8C/-3.64F and the ice temp is -17C/1.4F according to my researches ;)
I’d prefer 38C/100F in the day and -4C/24.8F in the night (all this is averaged and probably varies a little smidgen)
But who knows tbh it’s up to you to decide
If I had to choose between living in the desert or on a glacier, I would choose living on a glacier. If I were to live in the desert, I don't think I would be able to tolerate the heat; however, if I were to live on a glacier I can keep myself warm by wearing layers. I personally would prefer living someplace cold than someplace hot. There are also perks to living on a glacier as well such as having access to fresh water and fish for food, the amazing view, and penguins!
I get cold in 80 degree weather I'll take the desert.
But its very cold at night
better cold 8-12 hours a day than 24
That's actually a really great question! I voted that I would have to take into consideration the size of the glacier and the weather conditions in the desert. If the glacier was the size of a small island, I would happily live there. However, if it rained occasionally in the desert, or it was near a large body of water, I'd choose the desert.
Really enjoyed reading the responses to & answering this question. Keep up the quality posts!
Personally I would live in a desert, because I am Australian and am used to the heat. I wouldn't survive half an hour in a glacier!
I prefer heat and warmer seasons. The cold is not my thing.
So you like summer?
Yes. I don't fare too well in winter and autumn seasons and thus choose the desert.
I just made an off topic would you rather for favorite season.
I would live in my house
In which climate?
