The following guidelines reference 'Data Points'. If you would like to learn more about these, please click here.

When making a Wizard’s map, it needs to:
    • Consist of a floating island(s) that is completely destructible.
    • Preferably be magical/medieval themed.
    • Have 16 GREEN data points where players would spawn.
    • Have around 200 chests scattered throughout the map.

The guidelines for every Wizard map:

    • Try to have a mix of open and close areas for combat as some spells will favor either scenario so there needs to be a balance.
    • Maps MUST be from 100x100 to 150x150 blocks in size as it nicely allows 12 players to find each other over a reasonable amount of time.
    • Avoid having super big maps that make it easy to camp on. Wizards maps can be destroyed so please DO NOT have any hollow spaces.
    • Have a lot of open, flat areas for general combat, but also have so obstacles for players can hide behind.
    • When placing the chests around the map avoid having them in piles [Place as if you were creating a Survival Games map], and only use regular chests.
    • Be familiar with the different spells and the game itself as it will significantly help.
