  1. Both are equal, it really depends on your preference. I like dogs, more than cats, but that is only my opinion. I think both can make great pets. How a pet acts varies and is purely case-specific. Dogs may lick your face and bark or they may be quiet and independent. Some cats may be loud and friendly, while others may be quiet and a loner.

Cats and Dogs both have cons, but only stating one of the two's cons is just bias.

    Thanks for reading,

  2. Everyone can have their own opinion despite being wrong

Just saying, a cat won't do anything if someone broke into your house

  3. A dog won't do anything either if it's not specifically trained to handle robbers...

  5. Dog logic is "bad man in house, bite bad man"

Cat logic is "bad man in house, as long as they don't touch muh food I don't care"

  6. That's a bit to generalizing. There are cats that will protect their owner.

  8. That's the thing, most people think that their dogs will "bite the bad man" but you don't even know how easy it is to trick the dog into thinking that you're friendly... or potentially killing the dog as it interferes with your robbery, and I don't think you'd want that...

  9. Both cats and dogs have their strengths and weaknesses.
Watch this video on why humans and dogs get along.

That is why dogs are used for the police.

  10. As I said, a dog won't do much against a robber unless it is specifically trained to do so

  11. that is true, as I am sure a cat can be trained to fight robbers as well
