It also could be because they are kinda understaffed on bedrock, if u look at the staff list i saw like 2 developers for bedrock…

In all honesty, I can't recall reasons people were blacklisted at all anymore. Surely, if someone is causing trouble, they won't be the type of person to apply anyway.
