If you're asking what severity in-game punishments get you on what blacklist, that's not how it works mostly.

When a person gets blacklisted though they'd be informed of which severity of Blacklist they're on whether it's the 6 month or permanent.

I meant if there is a public list of the reasons you can get blacklisted for, or if there is some clear distinction between what gets you on 6 months and what gets you on permanent

No, any details regarding what causes you to get blacklisted / what causes what length is still not public information.
