How to report players?

You can report a player at https://www.mineplex.com/reports. We also recommend that you read the Reporting Guide which goes everything you need to know to correctly and efficiently submit Reports.

How to register for an account?

There are two ways to register for an account! You can use the direct link here (https://www.mineplex.com/login/login), or click "Log in or Sign up" on the top right of your browser. Make sure you check "No, create an account now" button if you are using the second method. Once this is done, you will receive an Email prompting you to confirm your Email address. Follow the instructions from the Email. And that's it!

How to link your character?

Go to (https://www.mineplex.com/link/). You will receive a command that is in /link XXX-XXX-XXX format. Copy the command to your clipboard. Login to either us.mineplex.com or eu.mineplex.com in-game and paste the command in chat. You will get a messaging saying you have successfully linked your character with your forum account. Since this requires you to login to our servers, if you are banned on our servers, unfortunately you won't be able to link your character until you are unbanned. You are allowed to submit punishment appeal and support ticket even if you do not have a linked character.

For the time being, users without a linked character will be able to post in Help section.

How to set up your personal preferences?

There are two ways to set up your preferences. You can use direct link here (https://www.mineplex.com/account/preferences), or you can hover over your name on the top right corner until you see a drop-down menu with "Preferences" in it.

How to set up Two-Step Authentication (2FA)?

There are two ways to set up 2FA for your forum account. You can use direct link here (https://www.mineplex.com/account/two-step), or you can hover over your name on the top right corner until you see a drop-down menu with "Two-Step Verification" in it. From there, follow the instruction given. You can choose to disable your 2FA at any time if you wish by going to the same page and disable "Verification Code via App" or "Email Confirmation", whichever one you set up.

How to make your first forum post?

It's very simple! Go to any forum sections and if you have sufficient privilege of starting a new thread there, you will see a button on the top right of the forum board "Post New Thread". Otherwise, you will see "You have insufficient privilege to post here" on the bottom right corner. You can start by going to Introduction and introduce yourself!

You are allowed to edit/delete your own post and edit title if you are the author for up to 30 minutes. This doesn't apply to applications.

How to make your first status update?

The simplest way to make a status update is to go to your own profile. And you can post a status update under Profile Posts.

How to upload your avatar?

There are two ways. You can go use direct link here (https://www.mineplex.com/account/personal-details) and click on the avatar to upload, or you can hover over your name on the top right corner until you see a drop-down menu with "Avatar" in it. From either methods, you will have the choice of uploading a picture, import picture from URL, or use Gravatar.

How to upload your profile cover/banner?

How to Friends?

We have a new "friends" system on this website. It's more like Twitter where you can "Follow" people. Go to your friends' profiles and click "Follow".

How to submit support ticket?

Submit a support ticket has never been easier. Simply click "Support" on the top navigation bar, select the correct category and fill out your ticket.

How to submit application/appeal?

You can find list of available applications to you on the main forums page on the right side as a widget. You can also visit (https://www.mineplex.com/apps) too see all available applications. You will only be able to see the applications that you are allowed to use. You do not need a linked character to use Punishment Appeal. However, you will need it for everything else.

Your application will be posted as a thread under the appropriate section in Application Hub. You will only be able to see your own applications. Some applications may not allow you to comment after your application is submitted. So double check before submitting.

How to start a community/group?

To start off, this isn't the same community as in-game community. You can start your own community or group by going to (https://www.mineplex.com/groups/). User with the appropriate ranks will be able to start a new group under specific category. With the group, you can recruit members, plan events, participate in discussions (in your very own forum!).

You can choose the privacy, membership/post approval, add/promote/demote/remove users, change logo and cover, and many more as the leader. It's literally your own little community. Explore more to see what is awaiting for you.
