    Hello, the game Super Smash Mobs is one of my favorite games of all time! But I know a way to make it even more fun. The kits in the game are what makes it fun to play. Well, I think kits should have levels you can upgrade by doing a challenge. The kit upgrades won't be major, only minor improvements to help you. The way you can see what level kit they have is next to where the lives are, they will be a number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. These numbers will determine what level the kit is. As you can see the colors are based on the ranks ultra, hero, legend, titan, and eternal. This 5 upgrades would be a perfect addition to the game. Below I put a huge list of what the upgrades would be like. Changes can be obviously be made of course but this is just an example. Each color will show what level it is, next is what color it is, and then next to that is how to unlock it. The only way to get progress on it is if you play as the kit. Also, you cannot level up to 6 right away. You have to level up 2 then 3 then 4 and so on. These challenges will only count once the previous level is unlocked.

    That's all the kits that could be upgraded. As you can see the changes aren't big but are helpful and make you want to grind for those levels. That constant wanting to grind for levels would make players want to come back and would increase the player count. This sorta idea can be applied for every kit on Mineplex.     I feel like changing the game to make it easier for experienced players is a bad idea. New players already struggle against people who know what they’re doing, and adding this would just make the game harder for people still trying to figure out the game.

    Hey @Jacob1Jacob1 !

    Thanks for putting together this thread. I can gather how much time and effort you put into this so thank you for that! As for your idea as a game altertaion to SSM, I would have to agree with @whatsup34 in that I do not think it is a good idea to make the game easier for more experienced players. By your model, the damage and defense goes up based on how many kills you get/how good you are. I feel like by implementing this change, we would discourage new players from joining the game, grinding and getting better naturally. I personally like the current setup as it is now because everyone is on the same playing field in that the person who uses their kit the best will most likely win. By implementing these buffs, the game will become literally broken and extremely unbalanced.

    Once again, thanks for this idea however I will be giving this idea -1

    I appreciate the fact you put so much time and thought into this thread, and I hope more threads like these are made which a lot of effort has been put into.

    Regarding the idea itself, as has been started previously, it won't be a good idea. Giving crazy buffs to the kits of more experienced players wouldn't be a good idea, as I feel that already new players can have a hard time getting into the game when experienced players, which they don't really stand a chance against, are much more common than they used to.
    Implementing something like this into the game will make attempting to balance the game much harder as well.

    Also I'm not a big fan of many of the challenges you suggested for getting the upgrades, but that's besides the point.

    I see that you took a lot of time writing this (or copying and pasting :shrug:) and I appreciate that. I don't think these upgrades would be a good idea.
    For example, like what @LappySheep said, you don't need to have to hold 5 arrows, so the upgrade wouldn't be useful. Having these upgrades would give a huge disadvantage to newer players or players who don't spend a lot of time on SSM. If there were kit upgrades, then they must be small changes, like a cooldown is 0.5 seconds shorter. -1

    there's a difference between a well-thought out idea, that can massively influence the turn of events that can take place, and an idea you thought about in the shower one day and thought something like "hey wouldn't it be SO FUN TO PLAY if i had to kill a target hundreds of times to the point where i will literally just pubstomp instead of having fun, to get an advantage that a player that plays either casually or one that won't pubstomp can't get?"
