Id say creeper is more of a poorly made kit than anything else. Very high regen, immune to ability melee combos, and a low cd projectile with lots of kb.
While the regen is meant to make up for the low armor, its still not a good thing to implement since it just makes the kit take longer to kill. Imo regen should be nerfed to 0.25 and armor should be buffed.
Explode imo should be buffed to make the cancel shift ability give movement and damage but the amount of movement damage and radius should be based on the charge of the explode.
Ls should be activated manually and have a cooldown after it has been used. If the shield isnt triggered 2 seconds after it is activated it will automatically deactivate till the cooldown ends.
It would be nice to give sulphur bomb more cooldown or less kb but with the other changes the current sulphur wouldnt be too bad.
Yeah. Part of the reason of its toxicity is due to the regeneration being so high it can get to full within a few seconds of camping+ keeping you away with sulpher
