I actually really like this idea! Presuming the data is tracked, you would just want a title to be applied based on first login date? For example, for me, my first login date would be 2013, so I could have a 2013 title but not the 2014 or 2015 title? I think that would be pretty neat.
My only concern would be that some of the older data wasn't tracked or has been lost over the years but…

With the current environment you can’t exactly lag a server. Anything Redstone machine wise is at best a chunkban. If you don’t render the lag machine in your distance you get lag. If someone on your server renders the lag machine you get the lag as it’s your server sharing the resources.…
