On Mineplex, he will usually be found in Dragon Escape as he enjoys the unique parkour aspect of the game. In the future, he is hoping to join the Event Squad team! If you see them around on the server, be sure to say hey! illum_, who is from the US! A self-motivated student, he has been pursuing his education independently via online courses, which is an experience he has greatly enjoyed so far. When he’s not studying, he enjoys watching baseball and playing video games such as Team Fortress 2, CS:GO, and an assortment of single player story games. On Mineplex, he typically plays Minestrike, as well as some NANO games, Survival Games, and Skywars. Upon joining the staff team, he’s interested in teams such as Reports Patrol and Forum Management! LJwX, who is from the US! Outside of Mineplex, he loves swimming, meteorology, and computers! As of right now they are thinking of pursuing a career in meteorology, but they are only a freshman in highschool so anything could change. On Mineplex you can usually find him playing NANO games and even CakeWars! In the future he is hoping to join RP to make sure that rule breakers do not ruin the experience for others and maybe even become a Mentor or Recruiter one day! Make sure to say hello if you see him around! Nimpy, who is from the US! In his spare time, he loves to play video games such as Minecraft, Luigi’s Mansion and Fortnite. When he’s not playing video games, he likes to keep active by going on bike rides and volunteering at a community that helps children play baseball. He also likes to play musical instruments, mainly the piano and guitar. On Mineplex, he hopes to join CCC, RP and RA, and is interested in either Forum Management or Recruitment as a Sr.Mod team. He has a lot of passion for Mineplex and its community, so he hopes to use this to help out everyone he can! Make sure to say hello if you see him around the network! S1KH, who is from the US! Outside of Mineplex, he loves computer science, watching anime, and Netflix! They are hoping to graduate with a degree in computer science and hopefully become a software developer, and maybe even a developer on Mineplex down the road. On Mineplex you can usually find him chilling with the community, playing games, and helping out in StaffRequest. In the future he hopes to be able to join Recruitment, QAT, and RP as he loves the idea of dealing with reports. Make sure to say hello if you see him around! TheArrowsShadow, who’s from the US! In his spare time, he enjoys drawing, going on hikes, and teaching karate to younger kids. He’s also a huge fan of books and is currently writing one himself. On the server, his favourite games to play are Turf Wars and Cake Wars. As staff, he’s hoping to join Game Insights and Forum Management in the future and assist players with their questions! ━━━━━━ ∘°❉°∘ ━━━━━━ New changes a few rejection reasons Not Ready The rejections for 'not ready' are now going to stack, starting at 2 weeks with a maximum of 8 weeks. For every rejection this increases by 2 weeks. So, if you get rejected for 'not ready' two times in a row, your next waiting time will be 4 weeks. Not ready rejections are therefore "active" for six months, so the waiting period goes back down to 2 weeks once it's been six months. The reasoning for this change comes from the 'not ready' rejection often being due to something outside of the application itself, and therefore something a little more fundamental and difficult to improve on. Due to that, the Recruitment team has often recommended applicants to wait for a longer time than the suggested waiting period of 2 weeks, since improving in the area is bound to not only be difficult for the applicant, but also for the Recruitment team to properly evaluate the next time around. However, this suggestion has more often than not been ignored, with applicants applying after 2 weeks and once again being rejected for 'not ready'. It's not really ideal for us to keep giving out the same feedback, and we'd rather for our applicants to take the time and apply it. Immaturity Following the change with 'not ready' the 'immaturity' rejection waiting time is bumped up to 4 weeks. The 'immaturity' rejection hasn't been used often throughout the years due to 'not ready' being the more encompassing rejection reason. However, with the change above we're hoping to start using the 'immaturity' rejection more often to distinguish more clearly between the two.
