Ok, so I have some question.
1. What does Mineplex use for server hosting
2. Does mineplex use bungeecord or craftbukkit. And is coding plugins for them the same?
3. What does mineplex use for it's website?

Pretty sure the arrow bouncing is a visual glitch, it happened to me many times before.
The arrow still lands but ur not sure where it's going
I'll also list some good sniping places just because:

I totally agree with this change! Although it's minor, it would be nice if it was done as this description is indeed outdated with admins like Shiny, or even Webglitch which is in charge of the forums project (and not a sr mod team). As said above, it's not an emergency as usually the 'administrator' term is pretty much explicit, but it would be nice if it was to change…

This is a very well thought out post. You're right. I think the root to the problem is Microsoft not helping with the hacking problem. The unic ID is also a good idea, but I don't agree with it on skins. Skins are one of the few personal things in Minecraft, public to other people.
