hey guys i just wanted to help out anyone who is struggling to join the java server through us.mineplex.com. Since mineplex isn't going to explain their issues and how to join their server i'll just tell you guys so you can hop online. All you have to do is connect through a different ip called clans.mineplex.com. It will directly connect you and so far at the moment the ip is connecting pretty well with no lag. Im saying this since mineplex is barely averaging 100 players and I think part of it is because the main ip isn't working. Let me know what you guys think on mineplex and the future.
Idea: Just merge the two servers. I know it is possible for Java and Bedrock to use the same server, and since the Java server is dying anyways, it might not be a bad idea. It might suck for Bedrock user to use Java PvP, but I'm sure some sort of setting could be made for that. it would be tough, maybe even impossible, but it would give the few hundred Java players left somewhere to go. I know this isn't really something that would happen due to lack of dev care and incredible difficulty, so it is more of something to dream about.
