The following guidelines reference 'Data Points'. If you would like to learn more about these, please click here.

Since the Master Builders update in Nov '18, you only need to make 1 arena now, and not 16 like previously stated. The game now supports unlimited players.

How to set up the building area:
    • The building area needs to be a 33x33 square of clay (ID : 82)
    • Once you have built this you will need to outline it with black clay (ID : 159:15)
    • In the middle of the arena you will need 1 GREEN SPAWN.
    • On one corner (on the floor) place a YELLOW DATA point.
    • On the opposite corner place a YELLOW DATA point 32 blocks in the air.
    • At the side of the arena, place a RED DATA point a couple blocks in the air.

    The guidelines are as follows:
    • Gameplay on this gamemode is all about looks. The map should not be overwhelming.
    • The main focus of the map should always be the builds people make. The environment should be kept as simple as possible.
    • Just about anything should be able to be built on it without looking too out of place.
    • Avoid having individual structures or organics filling up the surroundings. It should just be 1 piece of terrain or 1 piece of architecture surrounding it.
    • User barrier blocks around the map to guarantee no one leaves the playing zone. Should be as simple as //replace 0 166
    • Do not put barrier blocks above the arena as this can block weather.
