Heya, first of all I've moved your thread to Bedrock Discussion as it is better suited there.

Secondly, I'm not quite sure why all the paintings do this, I think it was the result of one of the big Minecraft updates when everything broke. since this isn't really a gamebreaking bug it was never fixed. All the paintings do this, its just harder to see the ones on the walls. If it bothers you you can always report it as a bug report here: Game Bug Report
