Thanks to Classics GI, along with MCL collaboration, the document for proposed Cakewars changes has finally been created! If you feel as though something's missing, something's unbalanced, or something needs to be removed, please reply with your opinions. Keep in mind that nothing listed here is final. Feel free to share this document around to anyone who wants to read it - all feedback is appreciated!

  2. Yo!
For the most part I love it all, however, removing slowness from Frosting is a terrible decision. Players work months n months for the kit and yeah the kit can "sometimes" be unfair, but it's a great reward for players to work for.. by removing the slowness you are just working for snowballs which in a way = archer kit (that you can buy).. so if it were removed it would take away the main value of the kit.

  3. You can’t use arrows as a constant comboing tool. Having any comboing tool is already strong itself and slowness is a huge bonus on top of that.

  4. Hihihihihi, so the reason it was decided that a removal of slowness would be ideal for the kit is due to the unnecessary advantage it gives the users. The slowness, along with Mineplex knockback, is borderline impossible to deal with due to the fact that it makes the player inflicted unable to match the speed of the Frosting user for the entire duration the slowness is in effect, making it virtually impossible to hit any slightly above-average player unless the inflicted player is also Frosting. The primary purpose of the kit is to make it easy to engage combos and get the first hit/regain the combo if the opponent breaks it, the added slowness is wayyyy too excessive considering how impossible it was to counter it like i mentioned above. In a game where no other kit has the ability to engage combos (other than Archer, but like Leo said, it's a super nonviable way of doing that) as well as having a virtually unlimited supply of them throughout the game, there's no reason why the inflicted effects need to be as excessively difficult to deal with as it currently is. The kit would still be worthwhile to work towards and would still be just as effective at starting/regaining combos as it currently is, but removing slowness eliminates the utter imbalance between the Frosting player and the effected player
