get rid of the queue system

I believe that the queue system is a huge problem with mineplex at the moment. Here's why:

Queueing:
Player queues for a game instead of joining a waiting lobby. I believe the problem with this is that the player feels less like they're actually waiting for a game since they're not in the waiting lobby. Plus, in games with dedicated communities like SSM, DOM, and Cake Wars, players won't be able, or at least just not talk to each other, share banter, etcetera, since they won't really feel close to each other. Also, the queue system doesn't work, and if it does, it doesn't feel like it works, so that alone makes the queue system a huge problem because it discourages players from actually playing games.

The actual game:
Yeah, if anything's wrong, it's the anticheat and that's obviously another can of worms entirely.

Game End:
On certain conditions, the waiting lobby will be destroyed and all players are sent back to the main lobby. THIS IS TERRIBLE. It will take longer for players to be able to play the next game, probably doesn't even save that much server space, and there are many other reasons that I can't exactly pinpoint.

Considering there's nobody that's active with such powers to do so, I believe Mineplex has a higher chance of shutting down as a whole. Just enjoy the server while we still peak at 125 players.
