Quite simple idea: Staying in a MIN server for multiple games increases your rewards (gems & shards)
These numbers aren't a set in stone value im proposing, but would rather prefer one to observe the idea
game 1
100 gems
100 shards
(for example)
game 2
110 gems
110 shards
(10% increase)
(and some cap somewhere)

If you're looking for a fast-paced game with a lot of XP, I would say Speed Builders is your best bet. Assuming that you've mastered a lot of the builds, games can reward you at least a thousand XP at a time (or something around that number).
