BASIC INFO

Ok first up, for does who don't know, the Support is basically a staff rank that listens to questions and tickets from the community, as well as fix problems that are related to shop items, but on Bedrock, you can just do /fixpurchase but whatever.

Customer Support is like any other team but isn't a sr.mod team. More like the Build Team (thanks to @Ian923 for like reminding me) because it has no subteam and can't in via application or promotion. The members are picked by the project manager @Strutt20 or @Mannalou, the leader of the team. They are one of the only paid staff.

 

That is an excellent overview, and thank you for putting your time into it.

The support team is a unique team here at the mineplex and is responsible for the general tasks of proceeding tickets, helping community/staff members, etc. Because they are dealing with many complicated problems, it's a paid position.

Nice to see your dedication and I hope to see you around!
