Clearing Up Some Rumors

Hey folks! I know I am not an ADMIN+ or DEV but I've been doing research by talking to sources within the staff team and wanted to clear up rumors

"Mineplex Doesn't have any admins"
This is true but at the same time is not true. Mineplex does NOT have "official admins" I know it shows GyroNinja and AlexTheCoder on the forums but they are not "official admins." In a recent statement on the Mineplex Discord Morgan and Alex said they haven't been working at Mineplex in a couple months but this is actually false because They pushed out the infrastructure update in December. Consider Morgan and Alex as "part time devs" Not official but they'll do work when they want to or if needed.

"No bugs are getting fixed there are no admins"
Now yes a lot of bugs are taking awhile to be fixed but I would say this is not true. In the recent week actually did see some bug fixes. Gwen is kicking less for random movement KEYWORD LESS. Also one of the major fixes is gwen no longer kicks during win podiums after the game. Now yes gwen is still kicking for random movements at random times and there is another big issue in games like Draw My Thing, Speed Builders and others where like a minute after the game starts it kicks most to all the players hopefully we'll see a fix for these as well!!!

"The Lobby isn't changing"
FALSE!!! It was confirmed today in a forum post titled "ROSE RUSH 2023" Marzie said that Rose Rush will be coming out!!!! And that Alex is working on it!!!! WOOHOO!!!!


That's all the ones I could remember for now I may or may not make a video about all this but LETS GOOOO PROGRESS IS SLOWLY BUT SURELY BEING MADE!!!!

Last thing I know things aren't happening as fast as the community would like but they are for sure happening as you have just read. Just be patient. It's Mineplex and one thing for certain they'll come through even if takes awhile let's keep our heads up about this and look forward to a great rest of the year! Never thought I'd see Christmas Chaos in Feb but I'm glad they have plans in place for Rose Rush. Probably easier to switch from seasonal lobby to seasonal lobby without having to change back to default in between. Very intriguing news indeed.

 

Ngl Christmas chaos in February is kinda weird. I wonder if it will stay even during rose rush but maybe that‘ll replace it until halloween probably bc i don’t expect any events in between. (Unless they somehow do something for the 10th anniversary)
