Bring back overpowered jumper

it's good for the community and playercount if not the game itself.

 

Damage was already done to the community
also worth mentioning IIRC Jumper did get reverted back to being able to jump whenever

 

Was that recent? I haven't played BL in a few months.

 

Afraid I dont have an exact date, but I know I did some Triple Jumping in BL after the update that broke it

 

Jumper in BL used to be such a fun kit. I haven't played BL in months though due to the new mixed arcade system, so I have no idea of the current state of the kit. I liked the og jumper though...
