To set up the spawns for each team you need at least 24 BLUE SPAWNS for the hiders and 16 RED SPAWNS for the seekers. To set up the seekers spawn you need the following data points: BLACK DATA = Fence post that traps player at the start. RED DATA = Kit selection (YOU NEED 4) To set up the spawns for animals you need the following data points: WHITE DATA = SHEEP PINK DATA = PIG YELLOW DATA = CHICKEN BROWN DATA = COW In Block Hunt you are only able to morph into certain objects, these objects are: Watermelon TnT Flower pots Cauldron Bookshelf Furnace Anvil Cake Hay Chicken Sheep Pig Cow Since the Block Hunt update (12th April 2018) you are now able to choose what other blocks you want people to morph into. There is no limit, but please don't go crazy. To do so, use a sponge data point (anywhere on the map but preferably in an obvious place) and have the sign read like this example: From this example, it will spawn everyone as block ids 1, 2, 3, and 4; stone, grass, dirt and cobblestone. Guidelines for every Block Hunt Map. Try to avoid having an excess amount of block spam on the map. Doing this makes the map unbalanced. Avoid having a huge map as it will make the map unbalanced. Please keep in mind that there is a TnT kit for the Seekers. So if your map gets exploded there should be NO errors underneath the map You should try to make other places to hide beside just piles of blocks Don't place the Hider spawns infront of the Hunter spawns, as this would promote easy spawn killing. No need to set up water damage as it’s already coded into the game Make sure to have the interior of houses and buildings different and not exactly the same When using custom blocks, please think intelligently about what blocks to use. If your map is made out of a lot of sand, for example, setting sand as a block people can morph into probably isn't a wise choice.
