Mineplex is large, well Large-ish. Hey, we get around 3K-10K people a day, around 1K on Java and the rest on Bedrock. It's time we explain how you become a Trainee from a "helpful(ish) guide". I'll say ish a lot, get used to it. APPLICATION This is hard, I have around *cough* *cough* 3 denied applications. Moving on, there are reasons to be denied and accepted. NOTE: before applying, read Becoming a Trainee 1 and 2 and this super simplified one,[FONT=Open Sans, sans-serif] and be 13+. REMEMBER TO NOT LIE, after this will be an interview. The reasons to be denied are not included here (lying bout age is one of them) because this is super oversimplified. Interview: If you pass, be 13+. First of all, under thirteens aren't likely to do well on an application but if they some are able to pass, they have to do a virtual discord interview. BOOM! You 13-s, you FAILED . Ok if you pass then Next? ??!?!? Uhh... you become a trainee??? Something might come after this, Mods and trainees please tell me. Congrats, now you are in a 2-month trial where you have to take an End of Trial (EoT) test to become a Mod an then join a subteam to join a sr.mod team... can't talk bout this. Definitely nice of you to make this and sum up the process of becoming a trainee, I went through the application process in 2020 and became a trainee then moderator for a month before resigning, after re-reading through becoming a trainee 2 and this it seems they made the process 2 steps only and made it generally easier to become a trainee, nice sum-up guide! The only criticism I have is I wish you linked both threads in your main post so people could read those as well. Other than that, nicely done!
