    Congratulations @Marzie I really think I expected this seeing that you do so much around the network. Also, congratulations @qaslip it's nice to have QA admin again. So sad to see Emma go, you've done a lot of fun and memorable events with ES/EA.

    To be honest if you guys really want this server to actually survive, I suggest giving the social media team to someone who actually cares and has the ability to post daily.

    Well they can't really do that when they're locked out of the accounts sadly. We also have other plans for the social media team currently that we are still working out. We hope to get an announcement out about that this week.

    Preachhhhhhh. No decent social media in 2023 is a death sentence. But tbh this isn't the social media team's fault, they're all awesome people and I can vouch for that.

    I think that it's a bit disrespectful for you to say this about what initially began for all of those people as a volunteer position that they dedicated their time to. It does not matter if they were paid or not towards the end, they chose to stay as long as they did and received the positions they received from their initial volunteer position.

    There could be a number of reasons why they have decided to leave, but one point still stands, they stayed with their positions as long as they could because of their love for the community, not necessarily the money, and that being your first thought is very ill-mannered.

    I never made any disrespectful remarks. It was merely an assumption, an assumption which is probably correct considering what's been happening recently. I respect what they did and it's sad to see them go, yes. Love for community is one thing too, but if they're not getting any source of income then you can see why that is an issue yeah? Not saying it's their fault of course, blame the owners. In the end though I couldn't care less about the reason they left, it is not of my concern, and I can only wish them a better life

    Professionally speaking, pay is not something in which you discuss openly, especially that of which involves an employer to an employee. “Shedding light” on this topic would not, as Dean suggested, benefit anyone realistically within the community. While it can be devastating for one to lose a source of income, I’m sure that a majority, if not all, Admins here have/have had alternative/secondary jobs outside the server while working here. Reasons behind leaving could go far beyond their pay being cut, just as we all have personal reasons for leaving the Staff Team.

    Dean is the most transparent, honest, real person I dealt with in my time as a staff member. If it's his place to own up to something and to tell it like it is, he will.

    not really sure where I said “all admins get paid” but okay. And realistically, that is the truth. A majority, if not all, have/have had secondary jobs aside from MP. idk what you’re getting at Wide
