what is a mentor

On August 26th, I was able to accomplish my long term goal on the staff team. I have been presented with the opportunity to join the lovely and amazing people on Staff Management! I am SO beyond excited and grateful for this amazing opportunity I’ve been presented with and cannot describe how happy I am to be able to have accomplished this.
The reason I was able to achieve such a great thing as this was due to all the amazing people in my staff journey who have helped me. I want thank the following people for everything they’ve done for me

zdemon98: Zach! when we first met I was such a shy and clueless little trainee. You have helped me from day one and I am so grateful for everything you’ve taught me throughout our time together. If it weren’t for you I would have never earned my early promotion to moderator or even survived a day as a moderator. I hope to carry on your legacy and make you proud with everything I do on Staff Management :)

Look_Dan: RYAN! You have helped me so incredibly much ever since I became your assistant. You helped further my knowledge and get used to my role as an assistant. I hope that I made you proud. I will also continue to use everything you taught me and carry on your legacy. I will make you proud :) thank you for everything you have ever done for me. I am SO grateful.

Bboy2003: BRENDEN! I want to thank you for also helping me learn the ropes of being an assistant. I will continue to use the knowledge you taught me throughout the rest of my journey. Thank you ;-;

Rilau: DAVID! You also helped me so much throughout my journey. You always answer any questions I have and I’m so grateful you do. I’m glad we became best friends and we both can do great things for Mineplex. Thank you for everything!

Of course there are so many people who gave me the encouragement and confidence to continue pushing through challenges to accomplish what I want, those people know who they are.
