Something I've noticed recently with bedrock player reports on the forums is the exceptional long response times. On average, I've noticed response times on average can vary between 17-20 days. Sure, keeping them unlocked might promote unnecessary discussion, but other threads could also have this issue.
I think that keeping them unlocked will give players opportunities to further help users, especially with bug workarounds.
