You can click on the NPC; it will show you all available servers, the maps and how many players are within them. You can also click with the compass in your inventory; this will show you all the available games.
How do I create a party?
To create a party with another user, type /party <username> or use the "nametag" in your hotbar.
How do I talk in party chat?
Type @ to talk in your party chat.
How do I message all online Staff?
Type /a to message all online staff (within your server). Staff are mainly found in Lobbies 1-5.
What is the number before my name?
The number before your name is your level. As you play games, you gain experience, with bonuses if you do well! If you get enough exp, you level up, and the number in front of your name changes. Every 20 levels the color changes to help show off your expertise!
How do I get gems?
Gems are the main currency on Mineplex. To receive gems you just have to play games! The better you do, you more gems you earn! You also may receive gems by completing achievements in games, which will give you a large amount of gems as a reward. You can also visit Carl the Creeper daily to receive gems as well.
How do I get Treasure Shards?
Treasure shards are the secondary currency on Mineplex. You can get those when you receive a duplicated item from chests, game loots at the end of each game, 5 shards for every "Thank" you give or receive from Game Amplifiers, and visit Carl the Creeper daily to receive even more treasure shards with other bonuses!
How do I open Treasure Chests?
Right-click one of the four chests (located outside the spawn platform) while in /hub. This will open up a GUI, with Treasure Chests in it. If you have received any of these chests from game loot, or by buying them, you can click on them. This will spawn 8 chests around you. You are able to open four of the chests (for most of the Treasure Chests) and will receive loot from them. You can purchase Treasure Chests in-game with Treasure Shards or through the Mineplex Shop.
How do I get Treasure Chests?
You can get them from end of game loot, or by buying them through the Mineplex Shop.
No; your friend will need to appeal through the forums. They can appeal here. Remember - they can only appeal if the punishment length is over 30 days or they have evidence proving their innocence.
Who is Carl the Creeper?
Carl is our lovely creeper pal here at Mineplex who, when you speak to him, can give you rewards for voting, daily bonuses, or if you have a paid rank you can receive your monthly bonus!
How can I vote for Mineplex?
To vote for Mineplex, find Carl the Creeper in any main lobby on the Mineplex server. When you right click him you will see a few options.To vote, click the jukebox and you will be sent a link in chat. That link will send you to where you will vote for Mineplex and receive your reward! Fill out the verification by clicking what the website tells you to click, then enter your username in the slot and clicking the VOTE button.

How can I connect to the Mineplex teamspeak server?
You must first download and install Teamspeak 3. If you haven't already, you can download it here.
Next you must navigate to the top left corner of your screen to the connections tab and click the connect button. Alternatively you can use the hotkey Ctrl+S.
Next you type in “mineplex.teamspeak3.com” in the server address box and your username under the nickname box.
From there you simply click the connect button and you're in!
How do I create a custom channel?
You can create a custom channel by right-clicking "Custom Channels"
Then selecting "Create Channel". This will allow you to set a name, password, topic and description of your channel. Once you've done this you may click "OK" and the channel will be created. This channel is temporary so when all members leave the channel, it will be deleted.
Trainee is our first level of staff and is considered our "Trial-Moderators". Trainees have to go through a two month trial period to show that they are capable of being an efficient staff member within the Mineplex community. The main roles of a Trainee is to moderate the server chat and report any severity 2, 3 & 4 punishments to Moderators.
Trainees ensure the forums and server chat are kept at an appropriate level and answer any questions you may have. The Trainee application can be found here.
What are Moderators and what do they do?
After two months, Trainees that pass their trial-period will be promoted to Moderator. Moderators are capable of punishing in higher severities. Our Moderators' main responsibilities are to moderate in-game, teamspeak, and our forums. You cannot apply for Moderator, you must be promoted from Trainee.
What are Sr.Moderators and what do they do?
Senior Moderators are moderators who have joined an official moderator team. The teams are Moderator Coordination, Forums Team, Customer Support, Quality Assurance, Trainee Management, Social Media, Community Management, and Clans Management. The team descriptions are listed here. You cannot apply for Sr.Moderator, you must be promoted from Moderator.
What are C.MODs and what do they do?
C.MOD or Clans Moderators are part of Moderators that belongs in Clans Management. On top of moderating the Clans section on the forums, they also moderate Clans in-game. You cannot apply for C.MOD, you must be promoted from Moderator.
What are Admins and what do they do?
Administrator is the second highest level of staff on Mineplex, not including the server Owners, that manages different teams and sections of the network. How can I create an account?
You can create an account here or sign in here if you already have an Enjin account.
If a player has broken a forum rule, they will be allocated a certain number of warning points depending on the rule they've broken. Once a player has reached 8 warning points, they will be automatically forum banned. You'll know you've received a warning if you see a warning popup when you enter the website or you see red text under your forum posts saying "Warning points:" followed by the total amount of warning points you have received. You cannot get Trainee if you have non-expired warning points. The forum rules can be found here.

A Forum Ninja is a Sr.Moderator who's also a part of the forum team. They help keep the forums a safe and friendly environment for all users through moderation. They also process all the punishment appeals that are submitted.
What is a Forum Moderator?
FM is a sub-team for Moderators which are trained by the Forum Ninjas. The team will simply generally moderate the forums and handle the forum requests submitted by other staff members. Their job includes warning players, giving bans, as well as locking, moving, and archiving threads. All of these actions will be tracked and monitored by the Forum Ninjas.

Draw My Thing This classic game can have up to 8 players at once. Each person gets two turns at drawing the word that they are given, on a large drawing canvas (made of wool). You can select a colour by right-clicking the colour pad, which is located above the drawing canvas.
While you are drawing, players can type in chat to try guess the word. The first person to guess the word gets three points, while others get one. Each player gets two chances to draw. The person with the most points at the end wins!
Master Builders In this classic game, twelve players compete their building skills against one another. When the game starts, all twelve players will be given the same theme, and have five minutes to build it to the best of their ability.
Once the five minutes have expired, players will no longer be able to build and will begin the voting phase. During this time, players will be teleported as a group through every player's plot and given a few seconds to rate them from "My eyes are bleeding!" (Worst) to "Wow! Everything is awesome!" (Best). The player with the highest overall votes wins!
Mixed Arcade Play your favorite Mineplex minigames in a random rotation! Micro Battles? Super Paintball? Snake? You never know what is next, but you're sure to be able to enjoy all of our quick and fun games in a relaxed rotation! The perfect game to play with some friends while relaxing and trying to have a good time!
Micro Battle This arcade games revolves around four teams fighting each other and trying to be the last team alive. Each team spawns on a small section of the map (separated with lava) and has a small house (filled with blocks) that can be used for cover. As time goes by, the map begins to slowly compress from the outsides. If only members of one team is left alive, they win.
Turf Wars This game involves two teams that are aiming to get their turf lines all the way to the other teams spawn. When you kill a member of the other team, you get one extra turf line. The team which gets the opposite to zero turf lines wins.
Block Hunt This classic game has two teams; Hunters and Hiders. The Hiders, who spawn on an island, must hide from the Hunters, who spawn in a ship just outside the island (map dependent).
If a Hider is hit then they will let out a meow so that their cover is blown and the Hunter will then try to kill them. The Hunter team can only win by killing every member of the Hiders Team before the game ends.
Cake Wars Winner winner cake for dinner! Protect your cake at all costs and do not let the enemy team eat it. Buy better gear and weapons from capturing the points on the middle and side to help you gain more resources to defeat your enemy. Once your cake is eaten, you are no longer able to respawn after death and if you die again you are out of the game. Be careful when eating an enemies cake as there might be a trap that could kill you. Keep an eye out for the random cake islands that spawn in as it contains a chest that will give you extra bonuses to help you win the game. Knock your enemies into the void with your pvp skills and taunt them while they falling into the void.
Skywars 12 contenders fight for the right to rule the skies! Spawn on a sky island and build your path! Find weapons to take your enemies down! Way up there, death looming if you fall... Can you fight? Can you live? Can you win Skywars?
Speed Builders Gwen the Guardian is very particular about builders. In this game you and seven other players will be shown some of Gwen's glamorous builds for a brief period of time. Then poof! They explode into pieces and you have to put them back together again. But build quickly - if you run out of time or do it wrong, Gwen will not be pleased. The player that has the worst build will be blasted by Gwen's laser and out of the game. Can you become the Speediest Builder around?
Survival Games This twenty-four player game is inspired by the "Hunger Games", where all players must gather loot from chests that are scattered around the map. These chests usually contain food, weaponry and armoury that can be used to kill other players. When you first spawn, all twenty players are teleported to the middle of the map in a circle, and surround the cornucopia which contains lots of chests; you can either take loot from these chests at the start or run out into the unknown, gathering loot from other chests. You must be the last person alive to win.
Capture the Flag In this classic game, teams must compete to capture the enemies flag, and return it to their base. So equip your favourite class, design some awesome new builds, and get start capturing some flags!
Dominate This game has two teams that must try to reach maximum points by killing members of the opposing team, and capturing points by standing on the monuments that are spread out in each map. There are usually 5 monuments in each map to be captured by standing on them. You are able to use one of the five classes (Knight, Brute, Assassin, Mage & Ranger) and their abilities to kill players. You can always capture monuments that have already been claimed by the enemy team. There is a short respawn delay after death and the team that has maximum points in the end, wins.
Mine-Strike This mini-game is based off the game called Counter-Strike. There are two teams; SWAT and Bombers. A Resource Texturepack is needed to display guns, accessories and armours. To win the game, your team must win 8 rounds. If the bombers manage to explode a bomb at site A or B, they will win the round, but if SWAT manages to defuse the bomb then they win the round. You can also win a round by eliminating all members of the enemy team.
Super Smash Mobs This fast-paced game requires 4 players to start. Each player is morphed into a mob of their choice, and must use their abilities to knock members out of the map. There are currently 18 mobs of choice. SSM maps have small, separate floating islands that players can jump to and from.
You get 4 lives in this game, and the last player standing wins.
The Bridges This survival game is a team-based game which revolves around gathering resources and killing the players of other teams. Touching water will do damage to you, making you lose health. Each team has an island, and there is an island in the middle that has chests filled with loot. You have 10 minutes to gather resources to make tools, weapons and armour at the beginning of game. After 10 minutes is up, bridges will begin to fall and connect the five islands. Your goal as a team is to kill all other players to ensure victory, because when all other players are killed, you win the game.
Clans Clans is Mineplex's unique take on the Factions style gamemode that includes the Champions classes. Form a clan with your friends, claim some territory and build an epic base!
